Hi! I'm Yelena,
Psychologist & ACT Therapist
I believe therapy should be a safe and supportive space where you can speak openly about your experiences without fear of judgment. My goal is to help you move toward a life that reflects your values and what truly matters to you.
My Therapeutic Approach
I work within the framework of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a modern evidence-based approach that belongs to the third wave of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
ACT helps people develop psychological flexibility—the ability to stay connected with the present moment, make room for difficult thoughts and emotions instead of struggling with them, and choose actions that are guided by their personal values.
The goal of therapy is not only to reduce symptoms but also to help you build a richer, more meaningful, and fulfilling life.
